  • 150 gram pitloze druiven
  • Zakje rucola

  • Rozemarijn
  • Olie

Remove the pumpkin from the oven after 20 minutes. Place the chipolata sausages between the pumpkin cubes and sprinkle with the walnuts and finely chopped rosemary. Sprinkle with oil and add 150 grams of seedless white grapes. Leave to cook in the oven for about 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, remove the pumpkin with grapes and chipolata sausages from the oven and distribute this over 4 plates. Garnish the plates with some arugula salad.

Dessert: ”Whipped to mousse”

A delicious airy chocolate mousse for 4 people.

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 200 ml of whipped cream

Preparation:

Heat the milk in a pan.

In the meantime, beat the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the sugar and the flour. Stir it all into a fluffy substance. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into pieces and keep them apart. Add the warm milk to the egg yolks and stir the mixture. Pour the mixture back into the pan and let it thicken by low heat to the thickness of custard. Keep stirring to prevent egg clotting.

When the mixture has become thicker, add the chopped chocolate and stir. It now becomes a solid chocolate mass. Let it cool down.

Whip the cream half stiff and stir it slowly through the chocolate mass.

Pour the chocolate mousse into 4 small glasses and let it stiffen for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
